Complex configuration management and seamless integration
GH Cranes started using DriveWorks to meet increasing market demand and help them continue to expand globally. Additionally, they needed a solution to effectively manage complex configuration across an extensive product range.
GH Cranes’ R&D team built the 3D configurator, which is now used by the sales and technical teams. DriveWorks now automatically generates GH Cranes’ complex SOLIDWORKS assemblies and 3D models, helping customers to visualize their custom cranes and lifting systems.
GH Cranes’ DriveWorks implementation seamlessly integrates with their other company processes and internal databases, enabling them to streamline their quote and order workflows and ensure they meet customer requests quickly and consistently.

Using DriveWorks design automation technology to set rules and parameters to automate repetitive “same but different” design tasks has reduced manual errors and sped up the design cycle.
