A graduate scheme at DriveWorks is an 18-month training and development programme designed to give you the skills and expertise you need in your field. Following the successful completion of a graduate training scheme, full-time positions are available for candidates with the right attitude, aptitude and ability. During your 18-month training programme and your DriveWorks career beyond that, you will have a professional development plan and we actively support you with internal and external training, development, learning and accreditations.
