With DriveWorks Live OnDemand Licensing, you don’t need to worry about your configurator not being available during peak usage times. DriveWorks Live OnDemand provides a scalable licensing option that allows additional configurator sessions during peak usage, ensuring you have uninterrupted access above your standard license limits.
A DriveWorks Live OnDemand License ensures your configurator is always available. If you have a sudden increase or a consistently high volume of configurator usage, over and above your DriveWorks Live allowance, your configurator will still be available. This provides a smooth and uninterrupted experience for your users and ensures you don’t miss sales opportunities.

How does DriveWorks Live OnDemand Licensing work?
With DriveWorks Live, you can have different browser sessions running at the same time on different devices. We call these “concurrent sessions”, and the minimum purchase with DriveWorks Live is a perpetual or term license with 10 concurrent sessions.
DriveWorks Live OnDemand is an additional license that sits alongside your DriveWorks Live license, making it easy to scale above the maximum number of sessions you currently have. It enables you to pre-purchase an additional usage balance so you can cover peaks in demand for your configurator, over and above the maximum number of sessions on your DriveWorks Live license.
Each peak DriveWorks Live OnDemand session will be deducted from your DriveWorks Live OnDemand usage balance, and you have complete control over the maximum number of concurrent DriveWorks Live OnDemand sessions allowed.

Track usage demand with DriveWorks Live Insights
DriveWorks Live Insights is a reporting tool enabling DriveWorks Pro customers with DriveWorks Live licenses on active subscription to view any missed sessions on their configurator.
It’s designed to help you track and better understand fluctuations in demand, so you can make adjustments to ensure your sales teams and customers can use your configurator at any time.
You’ll find DriveWorks Live Insights in the Manage your organization portal in MyDriveWorks. Just follow the three steps below:

Go to the Manage Your Organization Portal in MyDriveWorks

Go to the DriveWorks OnDemand Usage tab
Step 3
Change the data drop-down to Denied Sessions
Because of the sensitive nature of the data displayed, permission to view the data hasn’t been assigned by default. If you cannot see any data, please email us to request permission.
Activating DriveWorks Live Insights
DriveWorks Pro Customers with a DriveWorks Live OnDemand License
DriveWorks Live Insights functionality is already built into your OnDemand License. You can access the tracking and monitoring data in the OnDemand Usage tab in the Manage your organization portal in MyDriveWorks.
DriveWorks Pro Customers with a DriveWorks Live License
You will see a new license, DriveWorks Live Insights, in the licenses tab of your Manage your organization portal in MyDriveWorks. Activate this license alongside your DriveWorks Live License, on the same server. DriveWorks Live Insights will then provide tracking and monitoring, which you will be able to view in the OnDemand Usage tab of the portal.
