The annual Investors in People Awards were held at the iconic Round House in London on November 28th.
We’ve been committed to Investors in People for several years. We achieved the Bronze standard in 2014 and Silver in 2017. It was a surprise and honour to be finalists for IIP Silver Employer of the Year.

The benefits of IIP accreditation are based on developing strong leaders at every level of the organization. It has taught us how to gain and use employee feedback we can measure, and establish effective teams.
As it also embraces constant change it has motivated us to keep improving in everything that we do. The way we do things at DriveWorks (our culture) has always been integral to our success. IIP has helped us to define our culture and understand how to use our values to drive decision making.
