Another year over and what a year it’s been!

We’ve had 3 software releases with DriveWorks 20 and accompanying service packs, hosted more virtual events than ever before, continued to grow our team and continued to support the DriveWorks Community around the world.

Our live broadcasts from virtual DriveWorks World were a huge success and we’re looking forward to doing the same again in March 2023.

We celebrated our second year of quarterly DriveWorks Drivers meetings and launched our Tech Talks series.

We have achieved so much this year and taken every opportunity to improve, create and innovate.

Expanding the DriveWorks Team

The DriveWorks user and reseller communities continue to expand at pace, and we have welcomed a number of new and experienced team members to the DriveWorks team this year.

Demand for automation and online 3D configurators is accelerating around the world. So, working with our investors, BGF, we’ve developed plans for each region.

One outcome of this work has led us to appoint a Technical Territory Manager for the Asia Pacific region. In September, we were very pleased to welcome Ahmed Lasheen into the DriveWorks team as Technical Territory Manager, Asia Pacific.

As we continue to drive the product forward, we were also delighted to announce seasoned DriveWorks Expert, Paul Gimbel joined the team as DriveWorks Sherpa. Based in the USA, Paul also works with our team to provide technical insight for our North American resellers and users.

Team Share Day

As the year comes to an end, we have been reflecting on the year we’ve had and what we can keep doing to innovate and automate the best we can.

As part of our Christmas celebration this year, the DriveWorks team got together for a Team Share Day, where we shared updates from every team and looked forward to 2023.

Of course, a Christmas celebration wouldn’t be complete without a traditional roast dinner, so the whole UK team gathered together and enjoyed delicious food, pulling Christmas crackers and spending time with each other.

Following the day event, we then hosted an office warming party, in the new offices we will be expanding into on Laksey Farm in January.

These new offices provide us with more space to host technical training days and give our growing team a dedicated area to focus on being inquisitive with new technology.

In the new year, we are looking forward to continuing our journey of innovation and automation. We’ll be welcoming even more members to the DriveWorks team, attending 3DEXPEREINCE WORLD 2023 and sharing our exciting plans for DriveWorks World 2023 – so keep your eyes peeled!
