We foster a culture of continuous learning and development for the DriveWorks team.

Training is hugely important and we invest in learning and development for everyone. We actively encourage our team to put time aside to research, learn and take certifications, accreditations and training. We also support knowledge sharing with regular lunch and learn sessions and weekly show & tells.

Our commitment to investing in our people and their knowledge has been recognized by Investors in People, having proudly achieved Bronze accreditation in 2014 and Silver accreditation in 2017.

We want to help our community and make DriveWorks a great place to work, so we invest in knowledge for our team, and for our partners. Sharing information internally fosters innovation, and a positive working culture; externally it helps to support our community and facilitate sustainable success for us, and our connections.

We dedicate time to learning about the market. We encourage suggestions and enhancement requests from our customers and take every opportunity to discuss what more we could do. We have invested in an online learning platform, and state of the art training facilities to provide on-site and virtual training, for our team, users and resellers.

We provide a free DriveWorksXpress certification for university students, and work closely with local schools, colleges and universities to promote this opportunity. This not only raises the profile of our product with future users, but it provides skills that will improve career prospects for graduates too. This week, members of the DriveWorks team are at Wrexham University to teach a DriveWorksXpress class and help to get students certified.
