DriveWorks World – our annual technical learning event
Last week, we hosted three days of DriveWorks World 2026 live stream sessions for an international community of DriveWorks resellers and customers. A record number of attendees joined us virtually for our annual technical learning event.
DriveWorks World 2026 was streamed live from DriveWorks HQ in Warrington, UK, via the DriveWorks World event app, enabling our audience to join us from locations worldwide. Live stream sessions were recorded and are available to watch back via the app for attendees who were unable to join us live or would like to re-watch any of the sessions.
DriveWorks World 2026 highlights
How manufacturers use DriveWorks
Manufacturers from a range of industries shared how they use DriveWorks technology and the benefits they’ve achieved through design automation and CPQ technology. Because DriveWorks is modular, scalable, and versatile, our customers use DriveWorks in many different ways to suit their industry needs.
Seeing how other companies use DriveWorks is a great way for others to get new ideas for their own implementations. We heard from:
VanAire Inc., headquartered in the USA, develops Engineered Valve Automation Hardware, primarily working with metal components that connect valves and actuators on pipelines.
Trystar, based in the USA, designs and manufactures power distribution equipment, cable, and generator docking stations.
TSEA, based in Brazil, designs and manufactures engineered products for generation, transmission, and distribution.
Lawrence David is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of trailers, curtainsiders, box vans, rigid bodywork, and last-mile delivery vehicles.
Thorp Precast, based in the UK, Thorp Precast specializes in the design, manufacture, and erection of architectural cladding and structural precast concrete components. We were delighted to have Adam Green, R&D Manager, join us live in the studio at DriveWorks HQ to share their DriveWorks story.
SAFE-T-FAB, based in the USA, SAFE-T-FAB develops custom platforms for unique access & fall protection applications. Their design team works directly with customers to develop solutions for work access, fall protection, material handling, and ergonomic requirements.
The Bradley Collection, based in the UK, The Bradley Collection designs and manufactures custom drapery hardware.
What’s new in DriveWorks 24
We showcased the new features and functionality coming in DriveWorks 24.
The What’s New sessions are always a very popular part of DriveWorks World, providing an exclusive reveal of the new features and functionality that will be delivered with the upcoming new release of DriveWorks technology.
DriveWorks 24 is scheduled to be released at the end of July 2026. We’ll be sharing more about what’s new in DriveWorks 24 soon. Follow our LinkedIn for the latest updates from the DriveWorks team.
Adopting new technology
A panel of DriveWorks technical experts shared their insights on adopting new technology, starting with an overview of why we release new versions of DriveWorks.
Best practice advice included taking a step back, not redoing everything, and making a sandbox. They also shared some quick, zero and low-effort wins you can implement to make a noticeable difference right away.
DriveWorks World live implementation
We launched our first DriveWorks World live implementation feature last year, and it was back by popular demand again this year.
The live implementation team was made up of DriveWorks technical experts, and their brief was to redesign our steel door configurator to bring it up to date using the latest technology and UX best practices.
The team joined us live in the studio to share their progress and discuss how and why they have implemented specific features and functionality. You can see the finished version of the steel door configurator demo here.

The demos on driveworkslive.com are a great way to see what’s possible with DriveWorks technology in a range of different scenarios. Also, they enable you to get hands-on and see what it is like to use a configurator built using DriveWorks.
The demos are designed to show how versatile and customizable DriveWorks is and provide inspiration for your DriveWorks projects. Whether you’re new to DriveWorks or exploring what’s possible with the latest features, the demos highlight just how flexible and scalable DriveWorks is, whatever your industry, product type, or level of complexity.
