Today, we hosted our DriveWorks World 2025 reseller preview event, where we were joined virtually by hundreds of DriveWorks reseller team members from all over the world.
DriveWorks World is a virtual event, enabling us to connect with the global DriveWorks community and share the event with a worldwide audience. DriveWorks is sold worldwide and supported locally by a network of more than 100 authorized and certified DriveWorks resellers, and DriveWorks World provides us with a fantastic opportunity to connect with our this value-added reseller community.
Exclusive reseller preview
The reseller preview is designed to put our resellers in the best position to support their DriveWorks prospects and customers. The agenda included sessions for all reseller teams – technical, order-admin, sales, and marketing. The sessions were led by members of the DriveWorks team, sharing insights into their areas of expertise. We covered a wide range of topics including strategy and market updates, DriveWorks training, lead generation, and the DriveWorks Key Account program.
In this, our 25th year of operation, we also reflected on our reseller support activity over the last 12 months, including our attendance at over 30 different reseller events, including a number of DriveWorks-specific events.
Attendees also learnt about some of the new features and functionality coming out with the new release of our software, DriveWorks 23. Resellers, together with DriveWorks users, will join us again tomorrow and Thursday to hear more about this in the What’s new in DriveWorks 23 sessions.

Reseller awards
The DriveWorks Reseller Awards were a key part of the preview event. The awards acknowledge performance and excellence in our authorized and certified DriveWorks value-added reseller network. We’ll be sharing more details on the awards in a blog later this month, however, we’d like to say a huge congratulations to the overall and regional award winners.
New technology examples
We shared the updates we’ve made to DriveWorks Technology Examples. They enable you to explore the building blocks that make up our technology and provide inspiration for how to build your own DriveWorks solution. Each updated example shows you the most recent features and performance that thousands of DriveWorks users rely on every day.
DriveWorks Pro training
We shared our progress on the updates we’re making to DriveWorks Pro training. The new training will include more detailed topics and offer training manuals in multiple languages. The updates follow on from reseller feedback gathered at the DriveWorks Configure & Automate Summit, where we learned more about how resellers use the training and gathered feedback on how to improve the usability.
What’s new in DriveWorks 23
We shared an exclusive preview with our resellers, running through highlights of what will be covered in the What’s new in DriveWorks 23 sessions over the next few days. It was great to see our reseller’s reactions to the announcements and we look forward to hearing from the rest of our community.
