How it works

This is a permanent role and includes an 18-month Level 3 Information Communications Technician apprenticeship qualification provided by:

You will attend college 1 day each week for class-based learning and spend the other 4 days at our UK offices. Your assigned assessor will visit you every 8-12 weeks, and we will provide ongoing support and training on the job.

The role

This is an entry level role for someone wanting to get started in their IT career. Full training and support for your apprenticeship will be provided.

You will support the IT & Network Administrator to:

  • Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks for efficient and effective running.
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
  • Provide technical IT support to the wider team.
  • Diagnose and rectify faults.
  • Ensure effective IT security.
  • Prepare for events such as globally streamed video conferences and company-wide meetings.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm.

Who you are

Experience isn’t needed, we’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. You’ll have an inquisitive nature and methodical way of problem solving, not be afraid to ask questions and share your ideas.
A passion for technology and a strong interest in IT is essential. A car and a driving license is desirable due to our location.
To be eligible for an apprenticeship, you must be:

  • Over 16 years old
  • Not already in full-time education
  • Living in England
