DriveWorks 3D – Bring Your Scenes to Life with Lights

Every Thursday the DriveWorks Tech Team share their knowledge and expertise in these 30 minute value added webinars exclusively for DriveWorks Reseller AEs and DriveWorks Pro customers on subscription support.

On Thursday, March 29th, DriveWorks Technical Team Manager, Phil, will look at how you can use lights in your 3D documents to help bring your models to life.

We recently introduced 3 new light entities, but we also added the ability to further control general scene lighting.

To show you how to use light entities in your 3D documents, Phil will discuss:

• Types of lighting (Ambient, Environment, Spotlight, Directional and Point)
• Adding light entities
• Editing lights
• Typical lighting scenes
• Tips and tricks

The ability to add lights to a DriveWorks 3D scene opens up new opportunities for improving the realism of your Drive3D files. Using lights enables you to add context and depth to your Drive3D models, making them stand out on screen and look more realistic.
