Sci-Tech Daresbury Open Week happens once every 4 years and is a unique opportunity for schools to visit the innovative and inspiring Daresbury Laboratory in the North West of England!
Daresbury Laboratory is 1 of 3 research council-run national laboratories where children will come face to face with a mixture of staff who work at the laboratory including real scientists, engineers and technicians working in cutting-edge facilities whilst experiencing world-leading science and technology.
This year the open week will take place at the start of July and we’re pleased to be exhibiting on Monday, 10th July and Tuesday, 11th July.
You’ll find us in the ‘Wonder Marquee’ where the theme is ‘Inspire and Entertain‘.
Our team will be showcasing our innovative technology and talking about the opportunities in the digital world.
The event is free to attend and open to a variety of ages.
