What’s on the Agenda?

This meeting will feature two presentations, from both Jeff Setzer, Technology Evangelist at GSC and Heather Hasz, Community and Brand Ambassador at DriveWorks.

Jeff will kick off the Lunch and Learn session with a presentation on Modeling Associative Frames and Panels. Jeff will demonstrate how to use SOLIDWORKS to combine tools and techniques from many disciplines into your workflow.

‘In this example, we’ll combine classic sketch and part modeling techniques with multi-body, sheet metal and weldment tools to create a resizable frame-and-panel outdoor sign construction. The techniques here can be used in other types of designs, including machine design and product design.’

Heather’s presentation will focus on ‘Activate to Configure and Automate with DriveWorksXpress‘.

Heather will provide an overview of DriveWorks and DriveWorksXpress, the free design automation tool that sits inside every seat of SOLIDWORKS.
Heather will also be presenting on the FREE DriveWorksXpress Training and Certification program.
