As DriveWorksXpress is now inside SolidWorks, support for DriveWorksXpress is provided by your local SolidWorks Reseller.
DriveWorks Subscription Services
First line support for DriveWorks products is provided by DriveWorks Resellers - of which there are over 100 worldwide
All DriveWorks Resellers are required to commit to the DriveWorks Certification Program, so that they can provide support and training locally for DriveWorks customers.
Our own highly skilled and experienced DriveWorks Applications Engineers in turn provide regular support for our resellers.
We use the latest communication tools – such as WebEx, Goto Meeting and Instant Messenger where appropriate – to provide comprehensive global support as required.
DriveWorks Software is tested as part of a rigorous Quality Program which includes latest releases of SolidWorks.
Regular upgrades and Service Packs are available from DriveWorks Resellers and from the DriveWorks Customer Portal.
The current released version of DriveWorks Pro is DriveWorks 7 SP3
DriveWorks Customers on Subscription can login to the DriveWorks Customer Portal to download the latest Service Pack and Release Notes
We encourage Customer feedback and have included many customer enhancement requests into our software over the years for the benefit of all.
DriveWorks Training
We provide Resellers with Training Files and Demo Sets to enable them to deliver DriveWorks training.
