If you are an Engineering Graduate with 3 years’ SolidWorks 3D CAD experience, have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel & the ability to grasp new concepts quickly, read on.

• You will provide pro-active technical support to our worldwide resellers via telephone and email
• You will have the chance to work with the DriveWorks Development Team to clearly document product enhancements and maintain HELP files
• You will create “How to… Guides” and Training Documents
• You will be involved in testing the latest releases of our Design Automation software

You must be reliable, resourceful, a good problem solver and have excellent communication skills. Our company culture is open & fun … but intense – you will need to be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

In turn you will have access to the latest web based tools such as Live Meeting, Microsoft CRM, the online DriveWorks Technical Support Centre, and of course you be working with the other members of our already highly experienced team.
